Section 1.0

Binding Authority

By engaging with the Richeyfamily discovery platform, you certify that you possess the explorer readiness required for digital entertainment hub experiences. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—The Explorer—and Richeyfamily, an Australia-based provider of interactive challenge platform services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your network intake immediately. Continued participation in mystery adventures or fantasy world discovery implies full consent to these regulations, revised as of June 5, 2026.

Network Behavior & Integrity

Mission Integrity

Explorers must not exploit technical vulnerabilities within adventure missions or attempt unauthorized decryption of the lore archive.

Community Respect

Participation in the explorer network requires civil interaction. Harassment, toxicity, or disruption of the discovery experience is strictly prohibited.

Section 3.0

Property of the Frontier

All assets including but not limited to ancient civilization mythology, adventure journeys narratives, digital discovery hub architecture, and wildlife exploration data are the exclusive intellectual property of Richeyfamily.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view browser based entertainment for personal discovery purposes.
Redistribution of mission mechanics or proprietary fantasy world lore is prohibited without explicit Australia-based editorial oversight approval.
